Certified Mail is useful if you ever need a record of an item that was sent, and when it was received. It vastly improves your record keeping, and the tracking link is ultimately quite useful. Mailform always had Certified Mail as a feature since launch, but it’s been a bit buried. Lots of folks have questions about how much Certified Mail costs, so here are some references.

Here’s how to use it.
If you’re sending a single item via our Single Recipient feature, just follow the prompts and select the “Certified Mail” switch to “ON” when you’re at the order confirmation page:
If you’re sending bulk mail (or via QuickBooks) you can select the “Certified Mail” radio buttons on an item by item basis (you don’t have to send your entire bulk mail order via Certified Mail.
